পণ্য পৰিদৰ্শন
Whether it is in materials or production, Ailin has always followed the high standards of the industry. As a merchant or consumer, without professional testing technology, you can use a simple method to distinguish the quality of water bottles/tumblers.

In most cases, the thermos cup refers to a container with a double-layer stainless steel structure with a vacuum insulation layer and a good heat preservation effect. For such products, whether it is a water bottle, tumbler or a mug, basically the same set of specifications can be used to inspect the quality.
1.Packaging
1.1 The packaging is to put the water bottle/tumbler into a plastic film bag first, and then put it into a carton. Custom color boxes may include more lining to better protect the water bottle/tumbler.
1.3 After the water bottle/tumbler is filled with packaging materials, there should be no defects such as shaking and packaging deformation. If the damage is caused by long-distance transportation, you should focus on checking whether the product is damaged.
1.2 The outer box is made of multi-layer corrugated paper material, which plays the role of protection and load bearing.
1.4 The outer box shall be sealed with scotch tape, and the sealing method shall be one longitudinal sealing and two side sealings. Special cases need to be sealed with packing tape for protection.
2.Product Appearance
2.1 All parts are processed well, and there is no obvious deformation and damage by visual inspection.
2.5 The cup body logo/pattern and other marks should be firm and clear, without missing prints, dew points and other defects.
2.2 Stainless steel parts should be smooth and clean, with good surface treatment, no burrs, obvious wrinkles, sawtooth and rust spots and other defects, and the welds should be smooth and clean, without welding bumps.
2.6 The protective film of the cup cover has no defects such as missing stickers, air bubbles, dirt, and fingerprints.
2.3 The plastic parts are processed well, with uniform plasticization, smooth surface, uniform color, and no obvious defects such as serious peeling bubbles.
2.7 The silicone foot pad has no defects such as missing stickers and dislocations.
2.4 The oxidized color of the cup body is uniform, without defects such as jet flow, exposed bottom, white spots, etc. The varnish should be clean and there should be no dirty spots.

3. Structural performance coordination inspection
3.1 The parts of the lid are well matched, and there are no loose, falling off, deformed, leaking and sealing silicone parts. Metal cup lids have no cracks, breakage, bumps, scratches, etc., and plastic cup lids have no cracks or whitening.
3.3 The plastic lid and the body cooperate to achieve the water sealing effect, and the gap between the cup cover and the cup body is between 0.2mm-0.7mm.
3.2 The metal cup cover is in good fit with the cup body, and the rotation and tightening thread must be in place, and there should be no slipping or non-occlusion phenomenon.
4. Appearance area division
4.1 A area: refers to the front/upper surface (the surface that can be seen directly during use) after being assembled into a complete water bottle/tumbler.
4.2 B area: Refers to the side of the water bottle/tumbler after being assembled (the surrounding area can only be seen when the line of sight is deflected by 45°~90°).
4.3 C area: Refers to the back and bottom of the assembled water bottle/tumbler (the back and bottom that cannot be seen in normal use).

Area A inspection conditions
Distance: 30cm time: 10 seconds light source: 40W lumens
Position: The observed surface of the product is at an angle of 45° to the horizontal plane, and it rotates at 15° up, down, left, and right during observation
