Production Flow

The production of the insulation bottle seems simple but there are many links. The negligence of any link may cause the lack of the appearance or function of the water bottle/tumbler. In production, Ailin requires workers to follow strict standard processes to operate, and do their best to improve the pass rate.

The thermal water bottle is composed of an inner tank, a vacuum layer and an outer shell. Different structures are manufactured by different processes and cooperate with each other.

Tube cutting

Use a lathe, specifically in accordance with the “Instructions for Cutting Pipes”, which requires accurate dimensions, timely detection of defective products and waste materials, and avoid pits, pits, pits, and scrap products during operation.

Water swelling

Welding getter

The getter is spot welded on the midsole. Note that the getter on the spot welding must be vacuumed within 24 hours, otherwise it will be invalid.

The shell of the cup is required to be polished finely and the lines are orderly, the mouth of the cup is smooth and bright, and there should be no obvious drawing, scratches, black threads and pits, and residual polishing paste.

Surface process

Spray paint or plastic spraying, pattern making and other processes on the embryo body.

Leak test

Inflate the welded liner to test the water, and check whether there are any loopholes in the welding seam, and it is qualified if there is no leakage.

Matching mouth

Put the liner and shell together, and make the cup mouth flat; handle with care to avoid pits, pits, pitting, and scrapped products.
